Do I need an account?

No. Tap "Continue without an account" on the welcome screen. Sign in with Apple is optional and only used to restore purchases across devices.

Are my photos private?

Yes. Trailers are created on your device, and we only use the photos and videos you select. Your memories are never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I remove the watermark / export in HD?

Upgrade to Premium from the paywall or from Settings → "View all plans".

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

In iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions. See our Subscription Terms.

How do I restore purchases?

Settings → Restore purchases, using the same Apple Account.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual projects from the Projects tab, or delete your account and local data from Settings. For cloud data deletion, email hello@lifetrailer.app.
