These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LifeTrailer app provided by M&M Ventures Ltd ("we", "us"). By using LifeTrailer you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos and videos you provide and to the trailers you create.
• You are responsible for having the right to use the content you select, including the rights and privacy of anyone who appears in it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use LifeTrailer to create or share content that:

• infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• is sexual, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful;
• depicts non-consensual or manipulated likenesses ("deepfakes");
• sexualizes or endangers minors.

We may remove access or limit features if the app is used in violation of these Terms.

AI-generated content

LifeTrailer uses automated and AI-assisted techniques to arrange your media and generate captions. Results may vary and are provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing a trailer before sharing it.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some features require a purchase. Payments, subscriptions and renewals are handled by Apple under your App Store account. See our Subscription Terms for details, including auto-renewal and cancellation.

Intellectual property

The LifeTrailer app, brand, templates, and bundled music are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app under these Terms.

Disclaimers

LifeTrailer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
